Job description
Education - Diploma/ITI (Electrical/ Electronics) Experience - 4 to 5 Yrs. with Diploma / 6 to 8 Yrs. with ITI 1) To ensure maximum reliability, availability, and performance of Catalytic production equipment through effective Preventive Maintenance (PM), Predictive Maintenance (PDM), condition monitoring, breakdown elimination, spare parts management, and continuous improvement activities. The role will be responsible for Electrical Maintenance System Troubleshooting, Welding Machine Maintenance, Fanuc Robot Electrical Maintenance, Laser Welding machine, Rolling M/c, Sizing M/c, Barcode Marking machine, Cutting machine, Shape Forming Machine etc. 2) Electrical Maintenance, Hydraulics System Maintenance, Pneumatics System Maintenance, Motor, Drives, Breaker, I/O System, Sensors. 3) Ensure proper functioning of proximity sensors, photoelectric sensors, encoders, relays, LVDT, RVDC, Vision
