Flynn Group of Companies is currently seeking a Service Account Manager to join our Vancouver Branch (located at 19175 22 Avenue, Surrey BC). Flynn is the Leading Building Envelope Commercial Contractor in North America, with 6000+ employees and 38 branches. The Account Manager works with an amazing team in our Service Division supporting a wide array of projects and customers. A Day In The Life
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to grow the roofing service business.
  • Collaborate with local and national teams to support client needs and promote Flynn’s brand.
  • Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and offer tailored service solutions.
  • Follow up on quotes, tenders, and service opportunities to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Represent Flynn at industry events and client meetings.
  • Support marketing efforts through strategic initiatives and social media engagement.
  • Prepare accurate takeoffs, estimates, and work orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Deliver virtual presentations to clients and stakeholders.
  • Contribute to business development and support corporate initiatives.
What We Are Seeking
  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of estimating experience in the commercial roofing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems, including new construction, re-roofing, and service and maintenance work. Service and maintenance experience is an asset.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and contract documents.
  • Local market knowledge is preferred.
  • Experience using Bluebeam or similar estimating and document management software.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a commitment to client service, business development, and team collaboration.
