Who are we: Raptee.HV is a full- stack electric motorcycle startup with a very strong technical moat, founded in 2019 by four engineers from Chennai (Ex Tesla, Wipro), working on bringing a no-compromise upgrade motorcycle to an otherwise scooter- only EV market. Raptee is incubated at CIIC & ARAI. Role Overview: Develop + execute packing standards for T30 service parts dispatch. Decide optimal packing/labelling for batteries, controllers, tyres and other motorcycle parts ensuring zero damage. Learn EV logistics + process design. What You’ll Do: 1. Packing Standards Development (40%) Analyze each part: Battery box (shockproof), controller (ESD), tyres (stacking). Design packing solutions: Select foam, bubblewrap, boxes per part characteristics. Test + iterate: Drop tests, vibration simulation for ruggedness. Document SOPs: "Battery Box Packing Guide" with photos. 2. Daily Packing Operati
