Master’s degree in Social Work required Minimum 1 year of experience working with older adults Experience supporting individuals with memory impairment and their families highly desirable Professional or volunteer experience with memory impairment organizations helpful Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required Reliable transportation to meet attendance and outreach needs Active role: walking, bending, lifting (up to 50 lbs.)
