Job description
DESCRIPTION: The social worker is focused on working with schools, CBTC (Community-based Training Centre), and YDTCs (Youth Development and Training Centres) to drive Bright Future's programs and initiatives. The purpose of this role is to engage actively with stakeholders to increase their participation in the organization's programs. This in turn will help them support the development of the adolescents and youth in life skills and employability skills. Doing so allows Bright Future to realize its vision of connecting education to employability right from the school level. RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct community mapping and profiling exercises to identify key stakeholders and schools to partner with.
