Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field • Minimum of four years of professional experience • Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring developers, including work allocation, delivery ownership, and performance feedback. • Expertise in JavaScript (ES6) and Node JS is a must • Strong knowledge of algorithms and data structures • In-depth knowledge of frameworks like Express JS and Restify • Experience in building backend services for handling data at large scale is a must • Ability to architect high-availability applications and servers on cloud adhering to best practices; microservices architecture is preferable • Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases like DynamoDB and MongoDB • Experience writing complex SQL queries • In-depth knowledge of Node JS concepts like the event loop • Ability to perform technical deep-dives into code • Experience building and deploying GenAI-powered backend services or tools such as prompt routers, embedding search, and RAG pipelines • Understanding of communication using WebSockets • Good understanding of clean architecture and SOLID principles • Basic knowledge of AWS and Docker containerization is preferable • Experien
