What you'll do Design, build, and operate JVM-based microservices (primarily Java and Kotlin) with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability. Own services end-to-end: architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, on-call participation, and continuous improvement. Apply strong concurrency and performance practices: asynchronous programming, backpressure, efficient I/O, memory management, and GC tuning. We are looking for an operations-heavy engineer with a proven track record of building and scaling resilient infrastructure. What you'll do Platform Orchestration: Work on a large-scale K8s infrastructure platform, ensuring high availability and performance. Automation: Drive the evolution of internal tooling to streamline platform delivery. This role requires Experience: Solid hands-on background in DevOps, Site Reliability, or Infrastructure Engineering.
