What Impact You'll Have We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with 5+ years of experience to join our multi-team agile engineering program. In this hands-on role, you will build, integrate, and deploy reliable backend services, data pipelines, and core software components supporting mission-critical capabilities. As an individual contributor, you will independently own features throughout the software development lifecycle—from design collaboration and local coding to automated testing, containerized deployment, and production support. What You'll be Owning Design, implement, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Python. Deliver clean, modular, and maintainable code adhering to established team standards.
