This role is on our Incident Response team. Customers use Incident Response during an active emergency — to declare an incident, assess who and what is affected, assign tasks, and coordinate the response across the organization. As an AI-forward company, we actively use modern AI tools such as Claude, Codex, and other emerging technologies to help our engineers work smarter, move faster, and build better products.
