Job description
About the Team The Reliability Platform team develops the systems that empower engineering groups across all of our brands to own the reliability of their services without needing to become reliability experts. Our offerings enable engineers to define and measure service level objectives (SLOs), surface insights to expedite investigations and drive incidents from declaration through root-cause analysis (RCA) and postmortem. When problems are detected earlier, mitigated faster and followed up on rigorously, our engineers can ship rapidly with confidence and we can collectively ensure that the consumers, merchants and Dashers that depend on DoorDash have the best possible experience. Reliability Platform’s long-term vision is to operationalize a flywheel of reliability data and insights in order to continually raise the bar for our global engineering organization.
