Template Technician – Surfaces / Natural Stone Classification: Non-Exempt, Hourly Reports to: Template Manager Summary / Objective This position is responsible for creating accurate templates for the fabrication and installation of quartz, granite, and other natural stone countertops, as well as solid surface materials. The Template Technician ensures precise measurements and clear documentation to support successful production and installation. Essential Functions Create accurate templates in accordance with job specifications and department procedures Perform field measurements at residential and/or commercial job sites Utilize templating methods including laser templating systems and/or traditional (manual/stick) templating techniques Load, transport, and maintain templating tools and materials required for daily assignments Read and interpret architectural drawings, layouts, and te
