Job description
Second Front Systems is looking for a technically credible, mission-focused, customer-oriented Solutions Engineer to strengthen our sales and customer success organization. Operating at the intersection of commercial software and government accreditation, you will be responsible for owning technical sales conversations, demonstrating Game Warden's fit for mission-critical SaaS deployment, and bridging customer needs with product capability. You will lead technical presentations, architecture workshops, and RFP responses; assess application compatibility with Game Warden; track customer feedback to inform product roadmap alignment, ensuring that customers understand deployment paths, technical risk is mitigated, and sales pipeline advances with confidence.
