Sourcing Merchandiser – Gamlaa Bioscapes About the role Own the sourcing and development of planters, outdoor accessories, décor and related hardgoods for Gamlaa's product range and client projects. You will work with design, sales and project teams on one side and manufacturers on the other. Key responsibilities Source and develop vendors and factories across metal, wood, ceramic, fibreglass and handicraft clusters Run new product development: brief vendors, track samples through approval, and maintain the sample log. Prepare cost sheets, negotiate prices, and meet target margins on catalogue and project items. Maintain TNA calendars and weekly production trackers, and follow up to keep delivery on time. Arrange product testing and pre-dispatch inspections, and raise quality issues early. Run vendor compliance and audits. Coordinate with project teams so material availability matches si
