We are currently recruiting for an experienced Hybrid Spa Therapist & Receptionist to join us at King Street Townhouse Hotel . You will be responsible for maintaining the highest standard of professionalism in all areas of operation and carry out all duties to our world class standards. The hotel also includes King Street Tavern (bar, restaurant and wine cellars), afternoon tea rooms, conferencing & event space, gym and treatment rooms, which are available to hotel guests. King Street Townhouse boasts some amazing features, such as its rooftop infinity spa pool, with views of the spires and clock tower of Manchester’s iconic town hall. The hotel prides itself in its reputation for special events and occasions. As such we are very popular for christenings, wedding parties, anniversaries and birthday celebrations. Main Duties of the Role: Welcoming members and guests to the spa Delivering treatments on a hybrid basis Ensure guests receive a warm welcome to the premises and providing a high level of hospitality, showing guests through to the relaxation areas Have an in-depth knowledge of all treatments that the Spa offers and be able to explain and upgrade them to the guests Answering phones from prospective customers and clients, taking reservations Completing administrative tasks such as filing and photocopying Responding to requests for help and information Processing bookings & inquiries Ensure that all bookings are con

Duties to include: wet mop, dry mop, vacuum, sweep, buff, spot clean, wipe, clean, wash, sanitise, scrub, dust, etc. Replenish paper towels, soap, toilet paper, bin liners. Use machines, tools, equipment and materials as necessary. Empty all litter bins, into appropriate containers, remove to dustbin compound. Ensure a high standard of customer care is achieved at all times. Training is an essential part of the post and requires all employees to attend regular training courses when arranged.
