Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Proven track record of delivering excellent customer support while maintaining a customer-centric mindset and exceeding company expectations. Personal Attributes: Highly motivated and committed to taking ownership and demonstrating passion for the role Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Strong analytical skills and proficiency with systems Outstanding management skills when working with virtual teams Superb problem-solving abilities and communication skills Empathy and a customer-centric mindset focused on student success Certification in communication, persuasion, storytelling, or similar fields is an added advantage.
