Job Description: HSE – Senior Engineer (Floating Solar Project) Project: Kadana – Floating Solar Department: Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Location: Project Site (Kadana) – On-site Reporting To: HSE Manager / Project Manager Employment Type: Full-time Role Purpose Drive HSE excellence at the floating solar project site by implementing company HSE policies, statutory requirements, and project-specific plans. Ensure risk identification & control for marine works, electrical installations over water, construction activities, logistics, and O&M readiness—aiming for Zero Harm and full compliance. Key Responsibilities A) HSE Governance & Documentation Develop and implement Project HSE Plan , Emergency Response Plan (ERP) , Environmental Management Plan (EMP) , and Waste Management Plan specific to floating solar. Prepare and review HIRA/JSA , Method Statements , SOPs , Toolbox Talks , PTW
