Job Description Position Title: IT End User Support Executive Department: Information Technology Location: Bhavnagar Cluster, Gujarat Reporting To: GM / AGM / DGM - IT Role Purpose The IT End User Support Executive is responsible for providing reliable day‑to‑day IT support to all users at the manufacturing site. The role ensures smooth operation of end‑user computing systems and provides basic network support to maintain productivity and minimize downtime at all solar sites and office operations, while strictly following KP Group policies. Key Responsibilities IT End User Support: Provide Level‑1 / Level‑2 IT support to all site users including, project, operation & maintenance, stores, production, admin, and management teams.
