Qualification

Expert-level Windows Server engineering experience (Windows Server 2019 and 2025 preferred). Strong PowerShell development experience, including automation framework and pipeline creation. Proficiency in Python for infrastructure automation and operational tooling. Hands-on experience with Ansible, Terraform, Harness, and Infrastructure-as-Code methodologies. Experience designing, maintaining, and modernizing CI/CD and infrastructure deployment pipelines. Experience assessing and refactoring legacy automation codebases, improving documentation, and implementing engineering standards. Strong understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, SCCM/MECM, Windows CIS security baselines, and automated system hardening. Automation integration with VMware vSphere 8 and 9 for system deployment Experience leading architecture reviews, technical workshops, and executive-level discussions with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong troubleshooting, documentation, communication, and consulting skills. Linux administration and automation experience (nice to have but not the focus).
