Key Responsibilities: Ensure PR, CUF, and plant availability targets are achieved. Monitor central inverter performance and failure trends. Ensure transformer, RMU, VCB, and pooling station reliability. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance planning. Review thermography and protection testing reports. Coordinate with GETCO/STU for shutdown and outage planning. Monitor grid disturbance events and minimize losses. Conduct root cause analysis for major breakdowns. Implement reliability-centered maintenance strategies. Ensure timely testing of protection relays and HT equipment. Control manpower cost and optimize workforce planning. Monitor auxiliary consumption and reduce wastage. Ensure compliance with statutory inspections. Maintain fire safety and emergency preparedness plans.
