Sr People Partner

Vantage is growing, and we need a Sr People Partner to help our leaders become great ones. Your core client group is engineering managers, along with new managers and team leads across the business. Your job is to build a culture where coaching drives performance and where people feel it in their day-to-day experience at Vantage. You model the leadership you coach. You give managers candid advice, earn trust through sound judgment and follow-through, and hold leaders accountable for how they lead. This is a hands-on business partner role. You’ll coach managers through difficult conversations, run performance cycles that focus on growth as much as evaluation and handle employee relations from first concern to resolution.
