Qualification
8+ years of experience in software quality engineering, with demonstrated senior-level technical depth and independent ownership of testing in an Agile engineering team. Hands-on experience designing and maintaining automation frameworks and reliable test suites, with strong programming skills in Python and/or TypeScript (Java or Go also valued) and comfort working across languages. Practical experience using AI in test automation workflows — including LLM-assisted test and test-data generation, agentic/MCP-based automation, testing AI/LLM-powered features, or AI self-healing and visual testing tools — with concrete examples of improved coverage, faster delivery, or reduced maintenance effort and the ability to explain how generated tests were reviewed and validated. Strong understanding of shift-left testing, continuous testing, risk-based test planning, and the appropriate balance of unit, component, integration, and end-to-end coverage, combined with experience with API automation for REST and/or gRPC services and web automation frameworks such as Playwright (preferred), Selenium, or WebdriverIO.
