Job description
GAQ128R88 As a Sr. Sales Compensation Analyst on the Comp Admin team, you will run commissions administration from start to finish for a large global group of sellers, so they can trust that they are paid accurately and on time. You will own a large payee portfolio with no supervision needed, from plan rollout through calculation, payroll, and follow-up support. You will catch issues before they reach the field and keep every step audit-ready. You will also use AI and automation every day to make our work faster, more accurate, and easier to scale as Databricks grows. The impact you will have: Own commissions administration for a large payee portfolio with no errors: user setup, plan distribution, input processing, calculation, and payment.
