This role is on our AI Agent and Orchestration team, building the AI Assistant and Orchestration products and the agents and platform capabilities that power them. This role focuses on designing and extending the agents, skills, and automation that take on engineering work — and on steadily widening what they can own, from planning and implementation through code review and CI. About the Team The Consumer Performance Marketing team owns the execution of paid social acquisition across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat. We operate at scale across the U.S. and Canada, managing complex builds, pacing routines, live optimizations, QA workflows, and experiment cycles that directly impact consumer growth. We work closely with U.S.-based Channel Managers, Creative, Analytics, and Martech, functioning as one integrated performance engine. This requires strong operational discipline, fast signal interpretation, and a mindset focused on translating platform behavior into clear, actionable steps. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy, compliance, and timeliness of intercompany processes in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
