ABOUT THE ROLE The Senior Software Engineer acts as the technical lead for an agile team, focusing on the design and development of scalable microservices for Peloton's core features across all platforms (Bike, Tread, Strength, and Digital). The Content AI Team is responsible for training and hosting various models in the domains of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Automatic Speech Recognition (ASR). This role is highly collaborative, requiring close partnership with Product, Design, and QA throughout the development lifecycle. The candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, deploying, and monitoring microservices that specifically power features like search, voice, and captions, which are crucial for platform expansion and international growth. In addition to technical delivery, excellent communication and engineering skills are essential for providing guidance to junior team members and effectively coordinating with other stakeholders, such as Technical Program Managers (TPM). Senior Product Designer (Web) ABOUT THE ROLE Peloton is seeking a Senior Product Designer to help define the customer experience on the Web Acquisition team. This role is focused on designing UX/UI for the consumer acquisition experience across the onepeloton.com website. The candidate must think in non-linear terms: capturing interactions, edge-cases, and the various states of these experiences through deliverables such as user flows, wireframes, prototypes to high fidelity final deliverables. They should be comfortable with an agile approach to design, with an emphasis on user testing and rapid iteration. Outside exceptional and high-velocity UX/UI thinking and execution, success in this role is dependent on being highly self-motivated, super organized, always open to feedback and critique, and extremely collaborative.
