Job description
This position requires a candidate based in Ohio, Michigan, or the Chicago area, supporting NETGEAR’s ProAV customers across the North Central United States. The Sr. Systems Engineer, ProAV serves as a technical expert supporting NETGEAR’s ProAV solutions across the North Central U.S. This role combines customer onboarding, field engineering, pre-sales support, and industry engagement. The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in AV-over-IP networking, strong troubleshooting capabilities, and the ability to deliver high-impact technical training and solution design. This is a remote-based position requiring up to 60% travel throughout the region.
