Qualification

Must-Haves 10+ years of software platform and infrastructure engineering experience, with 2+ years at Staff or Principal level (or equivalent impact) Deep expertise in AWS (ECS, Lambda, CloudFormation/Terraform, IAM, networking, security controls) Strong hands-on experience with containerization , designing CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, ArgoCD, or similar) and GitOps workflows Production ownership mindset — you've owned SRE-level reliability (SLOs/SLIs, incident management, runbooks, post-mortems) Expertise in observability stacks (Datadog, CloudWatch, ELK/Kibana, or equivalent) Strong understanding of security engineering principles — secrets management, zero-trust networking, Okta, IAM policies, encryption at rest/in-transit. Ability to proactively identify and resolve platform issues, ensuring high availability, minimal downtime, and a streamlined integration experience for users. Experience in designing and building platforms, data processing, data warehousing, and integrated ML tooling. Strong communicator who can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (product, operations, architecture) to ensure platform components meet the needs of the business. Nice-to-Have
