GAQ427R214 We're looking for a Staff Recruiter to be the driving force behind hiring the strategic talent that powers our operational engine across AMER — Finance, Legal, People, and the broader Corporate Functions org. These are the people who partner directly with business leaders, solve our most complex operational and organizational challenges, and make Databricks impossible to compete against. Your job is to find them, win them, and close them. This is an exciting time to be part of the rocketship and the Databricks expansion across AMER. We're scaling fast, the bar is high, and the demand for elite corporate and business operations talent has never been more intense.
