You will act as a force multiplier for our engineering teams by identifying workflow bottlenecks, pioneering AI integrations, establishing best practices for code organization, and maintaining performant development environments. Environment Performance & Tuning: Analyze local development workflows, build tools to track operational metrics, and profile/tune development environments (including codebase modifications).
