Qualification

6+ years of retail management experience; 2+ years in high-volume operations. Proven experience managing a full P&L and hitting aggressive KPI targets. Direct experience in recruitment and talent development. Comfortability with social media content creation and public brand representation. Must be available for peak retail periods including Black Friday and the holiday season. Compensation and Benefits Base Salary Range - $75,000 - $85,000 DOE Participation in the Comfrt Retail Bonus Program.
