Job Summary The Strategic Program Manager – IT is responsible for translating approved strategic intent into executable strategic programs that deliver defined business outcomes, technology-enabled transformation, digital capability advancement, and realized benefits across the Phoenix Contact North America region. Operating within the Strategic Enterprise PMO, this position leads strategic program execution, manages cross-functional dependencies, coordinates delivery across functional operating environments, and exercises delegated enterprise strategic authority within approved program scope. The position serves as a strategy realization leader, partnering with executive / top leadership teams, IT leadership, business leaders, and supporting functions to ensure strategic objectives are successfully translated into coordinated action and measurable business outcomes.
