Job description
Upway is the leading platform selling refurbished e-bikes in Europe and the US. Our mission is to make electric mobility accessible to everyone. As Strategy and Planning Manager, you'll drive key initiatives that shape our trajectory and help us deliver on our ambitious plan for DACH. You will play a critical role across supporting DACH commercial and marketing operations to take the best decisions, partnering with the GM on strategy and planning , owning category management , and leading cross-functional projects that connect decisions to growth opportunities. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, problem-solving environment, blending strategy, operations, and data analysis.
