Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures, including FAR and DFAR. Working knowledge and implementation of MDA MAP/PMAP within supplier base. Working knowledge of ISA 9001 standards and AS9100D flow-down requirements, including flow down of corrective action to suppliers for non-conforming processes. Demonstrated problem solving skills. Ability to generate quantitative improvements in supplier delivery, quality, and cost. Proven exceptional communication skills, both written, verbal, and presentation, to effectively communicate business cases to all levels of peers, suppliers, as well as program and executive management, with an ability to persuade and motivate action. Self-motivated, persistent, hands-on, result oriented, well organized with ability to handle multiple projects. Must be proactive and have a sense of urgency and can think ahead of potential problems while demonstrating an aptitude for process improvement. Five (5) years to eight (8) years of professional experience in Subcontract Administration, Supply Chain Management or related fields, to include logistics, project, or business management.
