Job description
Lead recovery-focused teams and strengthen access to substance use services in rural communities. Full-time, benefit eligible position. Monday - Friday with some weekend availability required. 40 hours weekly. Position Summary The Substance Use Recovery Supervisor provides leadership, clinical oversight, and day-to-day supervision for Therapists and Community Support Specialists delivering outpatient and community-based substance use recovery services. This role supports high-quality, person-centered care while fostering a collaborative, strengths-based environment aligned with our mission to Inspire Hope. Promote Wellness. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about recovery-oriented care, enjoys mentoring and developing staff, and wants to make a meaningful impact expanding access to substance use services in rural and underserved communities.
