Supervisor-Housekeeping

Job Summary Supervise daily housekeeping operations to ensure a clean safe hygienic and welcoming environment for clients employees and visitors as per Sodexo Quality Safety and Zero Harm standards. Key Responsibilities Team Supervision Supervise allocate duties and monitor performance of housekeeping staff cleaners and attendants Daily Operations Prepare duty rosters shift planning attendance and area-wise work allocation Quality Checks Conduct daily inspections of rooms washrooms offices pantries corridors and common areas. Ensure checklists are completed Cleaning Standards Ensure correct use of chemicals equipment PPE and cleaning methods as per SOPs Training Train new staff on grooming etiquette safety chemical handling and Sodexo POSH / Safety policies Inventory & Equipment Manage stock of cleaning materials consumables machines. Raise indent / requisition and control wastage Client Coordination Handle client complaints feedback and special cleaning requests. Ensure timely closure Safety & Compliance Follow Zero Harm Mindset report incidents near-misses hazards. Ensure staff follow HSE fire safety and infection control protocols Documentation Maintain logbooks cleaning schedules attendance inspection reports and audit records Manpower Management Arrange relievers for absenteeism / leave to avoid service gaps
