Job description
Position Objective: Overall responsibility for scheduling surgical/procedural patients’ surgical/procedural procedures achieving 98% accuracy rate. Essential Job Duties: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions Communicates professionally with physicians, physicians' office staff and co-workers providing excellent customer service skills and works collaboratively with a variety of individuals. Create and schedule patients for surgical /procedural procedures in the appropriate Scheduling module. As needed prints daily OR schedule for the following day as well as weekend schedule. Answers all incoming phone calls with proper greeting 100% of the time. Continuously checks department and individual voicemail throughout the day returning phone messages promptly.
