Qualification
High school diploma/ GED required Technical training or coursework in surveying preferred 3–5+ years of experience in land surveying, with leadership experience preferred Proficiency with survey equipment (GPS, robotic total stations, data collectors) Strong understanding of surveying principles, field procedures, and data collection methods Ability to read and interpret construction plans and legal descriptions Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work extended hours, including nights, weekends, and occasional out-of-town assignments as needed Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record Physical requirements: Must be able to work outdoors in a variety of environments and weather conditions Must be able to lift and carry equipment weighing up to 75 pounds over uneven or rough ground May need to walk, stand, bend, or kneel for extended periods May need to clear vegetation, dig holes, and drive stakes using hand tools Must be able to perform the physical tasks required to carry out the essential duties of the position safely and effectively Why Join Lowe Engineers — A Part of MacKay?
