Who We Are Zefir is building an AI autopilot for home sales in Europe, starting in France: an AI agent runs the entire sale and purchase journey end-to-end, orchestrating local brokers, portals, buyers, and documents. Backed by €60 million from top-tier investors Sequoia Capital and Kima Ventures, we're committed to accelerating life changes for millions of current and future European homeowners. The Internship Start: January 2027 Duration: 6 months (convention de stage required) Location: on-site, Le Peletier office, Paris 9th Stipend: €1,250 gross per month + hiring bonus on direct-sourcing hires Perks: Swile meal card (€11 per worked day) and Swile mobility card (€45/month) Your Mission Zefir is hiring across Sales, Engineering, Product and Ops, and the Talent team is the engine behind it. You'll join as the first Talent Acquisition intern, working day to day with our Founding Talent
