Solid understanding of international hiring practices, with the ability to quickly adapt to local employment regulations across diverse markets.
Strong interest or experience in employee engagement, community building, and internal culture-building activities.
Excellent interpersonal, networking, and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple time zones and cultures.
High autonomy, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize multi-country hiring deliverables in a high-growth environment.
Native or fluent Romanian speaker with full professional proficiency in English (written and verbal).
