We're a growing team, and we want our own people's experience to be as good as the one we help others build. The role We're looking for a hands-on people person to run the day-to-day of our people function and our Bangalore office. You'll get the operational details right every time. You'll also handle the human moments, like joining, exits, and farewells, with care and good judgement. You'll fix what's broken in our people processes and build simple systems that scale as we grow. What you'll do People operations: Own the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation, records, leave and attendance, and exits. Payroll: Own monthly payroll
