Job description
About the Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Operations Associate to manage and streamline our hiring operations at GoML. You will play a key role in ensuring a smooth candidate experience, managing interview coordination, offer processing, preboarding, candidate engagement, and onboarding readiness. You will also act as a bridge between the Talent Acquisition and HRBP teams, ensuring seamless coordination and a positive transition from candidate to employee. What You'll Do First 30 Days – Learn & Support Understand GoML's hiring process, talent operations workflows, and internal stakeholders. Get familiar with Keka ATS, HRMS, interview tools, and recruitment trackers. Coordinate interviews, panel availability, candidate communication, and scheduling. Ensure interview feedback is collected on time and updated in the ATS. Support offer letter processing, approv
