Job description
ABOUT THE ROLE The Talent Producer is responsible for end-to-end management and editorial preparation and execution for their assigned Peloton Instructors. This role is a creative and executional partnership, working closely with Instructors to shape and produce high-quality, engaging content for Peloton’s platforms. This role is inherently "on the ground support" with Talent requiring presence in the studio and control room to facilitate seamless production. YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON Manage the end-to-end creative and executional lifecycle of approved programming for assigned Instructors, from concept briefing and research to final execution by the Instructor in-studio (average of 3) Lead editorial preparation and execution for Instructor presence on extended Peloton channels for content initiatives involving their Instructor (e.g. social teams) Partner with Instructors to prepare
