Team Lead - Platform Monitoring Engineer We are seeking an experienced, hands-on Team Lead to shape the future of platform observability and proactive customer monitoring. This is a high-impact technical role for someone who thrives at the intersection of platform reliability, incident response, and customer obsession. The successful candidate will balance technical depth with people leadership: driving monitoring solutions, alerting mechanisms, and customer-focused incident detection tools, and raising the bar of the engineers around them.
