ABOUT THE ROLE: This person will manage a world-class team of IT Services Technicians focused on supporting end user requests, deploying new hardware, and assisting with non-standard solutions presented by engineers. The ideal candidate will be flexible and flourish in a fast-paced and challenging environment. He or she should be a self-starter and have excellent motivation, leadership, and ingenuity to excel at this position. This is a "hands on" technical management position; the ideal candidate will be able to coach, motivate and lead the team, while being capable of contributing technically and challenging decisions. RESPONSIBILITIES: Recruits, trains, and evaluates IT Services technicians. Delegates tasks and develops work schedules. Closely monitors ticket queue to provide quality assurance of tickets in progress. Is hands-on; resolves difficult issues; identifies/fixes root causes for problems; and finds better ways to do things. Works with management to plan, coordinate and supervise the execution of projects, work assignments and workloads for IT technicians. ABOUT THE ROLE: As the Data Center Supervisor at SpaceXSI Memphis, you will oversee the health and performance of our server and network infrastructure across data centers and global points of presence. You will lead a team of technicians, ensuring optimal operations and continuous improvement in our two most critical metrics: mean time to detect (MTTD) and mean time to repair (MTTR). Your role encompasses hands-on technical leadership, process optimization, and cross-functional collaboration to maintain and enhance our data center operations. RESPONSIBILITIES: Lead and mentor a team of data center technicians, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement. Oversee the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of server and network infrastructure. ABOUT THE ROLE: We’re seeking an experienced Facilities Operations Project Manager with a strong engineering background to lead mission-critical facilities work across our Southaven and Memphis sites. As a key on-site leader on the facilities operations team, you’ll bring technical credibility, engineering expertise, and steady project leadership to fast-paced, high-impact work in live, technically advanced facilities. You’ll own vendor and internal relationships, drive site improvement and activation projects from scope through handover, and keep operating systems reliable without taking the campus offline. ABOUT THE ROLE: Join the High Power Engineering team supporting SpaceXSI to design, build, operate, and maintain electrical infrastructure for AI training campuses. As a Lead Engineer for Transmission & Distribution, you will work with a small on-site team to scale high-capacity power systems on a schedule set by compute demand. The position is based in Memphis, TN, with potential travel to other sites. RESPONSIBILITIES: Own everything from generation terminals and the point of interconnection down to the medium-voltage bus: high-voltage switchyards, collector transmission, main power transformers, and the utility relationship that determines whether the campus energizes on schedule. Own high-voltage switchyard architecture: bus configuration, GIS versus AIS tradeoffs, bus sectionalizing, and fault-current management. Lead the interconnection process with the local distributor and balancing authority, including application, system impact and facilities studies, protection philosophy alignment, telemetry and metering, and technical exhibits to the service agreement. Own campus protection philosophy and the settings management database served to Data Center and Battery Storage
