We provide our partners with access to resources including funding, thought leadership, a network of peers, and a playbook for applying proven principles to transform lives and society.  As the Technology Portfolio & Delivery Leader, you will serve as a key member of the Technology Leadership Team, shaping how technology investments are prioritized, resources are allocated, and solutions are delivered across the enterprise. This is a unique opportunity to build a modern, AI-enabled portfolio and delivery capability that connects technology strategy to execution, accelerates innovation, and drives measurable business value.  We're seeking a strategic, entrepreneurial leader who challenges conventional approaches, brings fresh thinking to complex challenges, and knows how to turn competing priorities into clear decisions and meaningful outcomes. You'll partner with senior business and technology leaders to transform workflows across the organization, remove barriers to execution, and empower teams to deliver their greatest contributions. How You Will Contribute

  • Shape Enterprise Technology Strategy: Lead enterprise portfolio management, aligning technology investments, business priorities, product roadmaps, and delivery commitments with organizational objectives and measurable outcomes.

  • Drive Investment and Capacity Decisions: Establish transparent prioritization and resource allocation models that balance operational needs, continuous improvement, foundational investments, and strategic transformation.

  • Transform the Technology Customer Experience: Design and lead a unified, AI-enabled technology intake and work management capability that simplifies how business partners request services, routes work efficiently and establishes clear ownership and accountability.

  • Lead Enterprise Delivery Excellence: Establish and evolve portfolio, program, project, and agile delivery practices that improve execution, manage dependencies, and create greater visibility into commitments and results.

  • Champion AI and Innovation: Leverage AI, intelligent automation, and modern work management technologies to improve planning, forecasting, reporting, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness.

  • Enable Data-Driven Leadership: Create an integrated view of enterprise demand, capacity, priorities, investments, and delivery performance that enables informed executive decisions without unnecessary administrative complexity.

  • Simplify and Strengthen Operations: Challenge legacy processes, streamline governance, standardize repeatable services, and partner across architecture, security, and technology teams to accelerate delivery while managing risk.

  • Lead Through Influence and Empowerment: Build trusted executive partnerships, navigate competing priorities, and develop high-performing portfolio and delivery teams that embrace ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring

  • Significant experience leading technology portfolios, enterprise delivery functions, or large-scale technology transformation across complex, multi-team organizations.

  • Strong strategic judgment and business acumen, with demonstrated success connecting technology investments, capacity, and execution to measurable business outcomes.

  • Deep expertise in enterprise portfolio management, resource planning, program and project delivery, and agile or product-based operating models.

  • Proven ability to design and improve technology operating models, streamline processes, and lead meaningful organizational change.

  • Experience applying AI, automation, and modern technology platforms to improve business processes, decision-making, and delivery effectiveness.

  • Executive-level communication and influence skills, with the ability to challenge assumptions, navigate ambiguity, and build alignment across diverse stakeholders.

  • An entrepreneurial, principle-based leadership approach grounded in intellectual curiosity, sound judgment, collaboration, and a commitment to creating value for others.

  • Enthusiasm to contribute to Stand Together's vision and principled approach to solving problems, and a commitment to stewarding our culture, which champions values including transformation and innovation, entrepreneurialism, humility, and respect.
