Teen Leader

Teen Leaders are responsible for teen program/club development, supervision, recruitment/retention and implementation of the Y’s teen programs and fostering relationships with middle/high schools students at their YMCA’s/program. Under the supervision of the Regional Teen Director your role will include facilitating small group activities, modeling & reinforcing our character traits- responsibility, caring, honesty, and respect throughout the program as well as provide a safe environment for all the young people at your YMCA. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES/PRINCIPLE ACTIVITIES: Help to develop and implement quality programs to meet the needs of middle and high school students, ensuring that YMCA policies, rules, regulations and procedures are being enforced and respected.
