Job description
Job Title: Telecaller Organization: Dreamtime Learning Online School Job Details: Work Days: Monday to Saturday Working Hours: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM Salary: ₹18,000 per month Requirements: Immediate joiners only Laptop is mandatory Strong communication skills Prior experience in telecalling or customer service is a plus Fluency in English and other regional languages preferred Role Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound calls to engage with prospective students and parents. Provide detailed information about the courses and offerings of Dreamtime Learning. Follow up with leads to ensure enrollment processes are smooth. Maintain accurate records of communication in the CRM system. Address queries and resolve concerns professionally. Every day min 70 to 80 connected calls
