The Role We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Tender Management Professional who can independently handle end-to-end tendering activities, from identifying opportunities to bid submission and post-tender follow-ups. What You'll Do Identify and track government, PSU and institutional tender opportunities. Manage end-to-end tender preparation, documentation and online submissions. Work on government portals such as GeM, CPP Portal and other e-tendering platforms. Analyse tender requirements, eligibility criteria, technical specifications and commercial terms. Coordinate with Sales, Finance, Legal and Technical teams for bid preparation. Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of tenders. Track submitted bids, evaluation status, results and post-bid requirements. What We're Looking For 3–6 years of experience in Tender Management, Bid Management or Government Procurement. Hands-on experience with GeM, CPP Portal and e-tendering platforms is mandatory Strong knowledge of technical and commercial bid preparation. Good understanding of EMD, Bank Guarantees and tender compliance. Excellent coordination, documentation and follow-up skills. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business Administration or a relevant discipline.
