Job description

Help individuals build on their strengths, pursue recovery, and create meaningful lives in their communities. Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40 hours weekly. The Therapist provides compassionate, person-centered clinical services to individuals receiving care through ADAPT. This role provides individual, group, and family therapy; clinical assessments; crisis intervention; and collaborative treatment planning. Working closely with individuals, families, and interdisciplinary team members, the Therapist helps identify strengths, reduce barriers, develop wellness and recovery goals, and build skills that support independence and community living. Services are primarily provided in the ADAPT offices, with opportunities to support other programs and departments as needed.
