We're looking for a Senior Manager, PR & Communications to drive forward how Flexport shows up in the world: in the press, on our blog, across social channels, in customer inboxes, and inside the company. This is a high-visibility, high-trust role. You'll work directly with our CEO & Founder and members of the leadership team to shape Flexport's narrative and ensure we're part of the conversations that matter — from supply chain disruptions and trade policy shifts to AI innovation and the future of logistics. You'll also be the person who makes sure our customers and employees hear from us clearly, consistently, and at the right moments. This role requires someone who can toggle between crafting a pitch to a Tier 1 reporter, writing a customer email about a service change, coaching an executive before a live interview, and developing a content calendar that ties Flexport's story to the biggest themes in global commerce — all in the same week. The role We're looking for a Social Media and Content Marketing Manager to own the channels where Flexport shows up every day. You'll run our social presence, keep the blog full of content people actually want to read, and produce a newsletter that logistics leaders look forward to opening. You'll write most of it yourself, polish the visuals in Canva, cut short videos for social, and build a network of voices, inside Flexport and out, who amplify our story. This is a hands-on job for a strong writer who gets social, has an eye for design, and likes shipping work rather than just planning it.
