Job description

Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Trading Operations professional with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in equity and options markets to join our trading desk. In this role, you will independently monitor live trading activity, execute orders manually, manage positions through market hours, and act as the first line of defence against errors and risk breaches. You’ll work closely with senior traders and take ownership of daily desk operations, from pre-market checks to end-of-day reconciliation. What You Will Do Independently monitor live positions, orders and market movements on trading terminals throughout market hours Execute, modify and cancel orders manually across equities and F&O as per trading instructions, with speed and accuracy Track positions, margin utilisation and intraday P&L in real time, and act quickly on discrepancies Identify and escalate price spikes, e
